Tynesha believes that every day is an opportunity to become a stronger, better you. She focuses on self-determination with the belief that individuals can change and progress if they truly have the desire. Her approach focuses on providing supportive and personalized care to help each person navigate life's challenges, improve emotional well-being, and reach their full potential. She uses a blend of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavior therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Tynesha received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor licensed through the Michigan Board of Addiction Professionals. She has extensive experience working with diverse groups, including adolescents, teens, adults, individuals with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her goal is to create a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

With a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care, Tiyanna ensures that each person she works with receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Tiyanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through the complexities of mental health and personal growth. As the owner of True Image Associates, Therapeutic Services LLC, she combines years of expertise with a lifelong commitment to social work, ensuring that every client and audience receives the care, knowledge, and empowerment they deserve.

Beyond her clinical practice, she is also an experienced public speaker, offering expertise on topics such as understanding mental health, emotional intelligence, managing high-stress situations, self-care, and addressing diverse issues. Through engaging and insightful presentations, she empowers others to take control of their well-being.

Emily believes in the power of understanding and validating emotions while helping clients set healthy boundaries. With a strength-based, person-centered approach, she works to empower individuals in their healing journey. Specializing in trauma and substance abuse, Emily incorporates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Emily provides support for individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating complex life challenges, ensuring that therapy is a safe and inclusive space for all.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Michigan State University in 2017. She earned her Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate (CAADC) and developed a deep understanding of the connection between trauma and substance use. Emily has been trained in EMDR for several years and uses EMDR to help individuals desensitize and reprocess troubling memories in healthier ways, recognizing that trauma and stress often manifest physically as well as emotionally.

Trayvon believes in a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is intricately connected to physical, emotional, and social well-being. By fostering a non-judgmental environment, Trayvon aims to build a strong therapeutic alliance, allowing clients to freely express their vulnerabilities and concerns. Trayvon prioritizes evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs while emphasizing self-discovery, resilience, and the development of healthy coping mechanisms. Ultimately, he strives to guide clients towards achieving their personal goals and cultivating a fulfilling life.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Trayvon obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, minor in Sociology and Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2024.  Trayvon currently have a development plan for obtaining his Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate (CAADC).  Trayvon has extensive experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents, teenagers and adults and those experiencing Substance Use Disorder and Trauma.
